Do u want to be cheated on again :P. In all likelyness he is going to cheat on you again. I say blow him off this time (not as in the headjob kind). Make him realise the conciquences of his actions, that if he cheats he cant just come crawling back and you will forgive him.
Instill the fear of losing you into him and he should be more willing to toe the line
