you cant choose which body parts to lose the weight off - it has to be overall weight loss.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

You can't just lose weight in one (or three) places on your body. It chooses where you lose the weight. You're eating healthy is GOOD! Just eat less, but eat something 5 times a day. Avoid junk foods & candy & colas. No butter & no mayo. Sometimes when we think we're hungry, we are just bored or thirsty, so first try a glass of water when you think you're hungry. Add some weight lifting to your workouts & add more time . Weights on your wrists, ankles, or fasten them together around your waist. I have read many, many diet books & this is TRULY the BEST way. Once a week, you can eat ONE normal serving of something that you're craving, (not all day). Oh, and don't eat just because someone hurt your feelings or made you mad. Good luck.

Well, if really want to lose weight you need to set your desire and work hard is the best way taking it for granted you gain nothing. Some people have expressed reluctance to engage in sports, precisely because there is a requirement to run a number of miles for a while, but otherwise will not be any good. It is not true. You just need to become much more active in your daily life. It is much more realistic, more feasible and therefore more effective. But is it? To begin with - yes. Further increases in physical activity will depend on the speed of metabolic processes in your body and how much fat you need to lose. The gradual increase in workload is quite available, so let's stop for some councils, which should begin.

Don't just endure there! Do squats while scrubbing your teeth, calf raises even though standing in line, or lunges while chatting within the phone.
