It is very logical to believe in the creation account of the Bible. God said, "Come now, and let us reason together" Isa. 1:18). He does not want us to check our brains at the door when we talk about the Bible or spiritual life.
Archaeologists use the Bible to help them understand their finds in the Middle East, so the Bible is factual. The medical profession has used the Bible to understand the human body (such as the blood being the life of the body, so they need to wash their hands before working on patients). The American fathers drew upon the Bible in part when drafting the Constitution of the United States. Nutritionists learn of which foods are good to eat for us through the Bible. Our law system borrows several concepts from the Bible, such as the need for two witnesses.
And God proves His existence with logic. He tells us what is going to happen and names names and gives dates that we can examine in history. Read the gospel of Matthew and examine th passages where it says, "It is written" and you'll see several areas where God prophesied what Jesus would be like or what would happen to Him thousands of years in advance. He wanted to make sure you know that the Bible came from God, so He put words in there that only a God can know.

ok, hear. You and that i do no longer agree in this subject remember, yet I see the place your coming from. As a fellow person I appreciate you, that's why i'm taking time to respond to this. Now, the factor is, no you are able to answer a query like this. First because of the fact this would possibly not be a query now's it? I recommend, ok, possibly a query is implied. in spite of the undeniable fact that this is extra of a undertaking, and it kind of feels rather opposed. And that hostility is reason extensive kind 2. valuable you're talking approximately logic, yet you besides might look rather disenchanted, and you look rather set on your ideals. and that i'm able to understand your thoughts on the problem, yet for anybody's sake, why do no longer you basically ask the question you're incredibly attempting to ask. this is alright to look susceptible for a 2d, this is alright to ask what's incredibly on your ideas, if some fools throw rocks at you shrug it off. I basically understand for me, i might somewhat have some scars and bruises and not be a fool. i think of there's a extra perfect thank you to try this.

Why do so many believe that a rejection of Christianity is because "somebody doesn't want to have to answer for anything"? There is nothing more logical in the Christian creation (of which there are two conflicting accounts) or any other account.
Personally, I reject both of them. I believe in the morals of Jesus, but I reject the Christian religion.

But your assumption is that they aren't really the same spiritual path interpreted in different ways. Admittedly the pagan tradition have multiple deities, but then Christianity has angels and demons, so is it not possible that these might be represented by the 'lesser' deities of pagan tradition? Makes you think, doesn't it?

The term "illogical" is used very subjectively in this forum. What's logical to one person may be illogical to another. It goes both ways, although I personally believe in the Bible.

I agree with you. Many who say that Christianity is illogical follow a system of beliefs that are far more bizarre. People even reject the Christian faith for stuff they just make up in their minds.

Can Harry Potter REALLY talk to snakes?
Did Alice REALLY go to Wonderland?
If God had wanted us to fly, why didn't he give us WINGS?
Fiction is wonderful, isn't it?
We have discovered that Polytheism is implausible.
Many of us still believe in Monotheism
Athiests just go "one God Less" than Monotheism.
Isn't that plausible too?

The whole idea that your description of what trancends humans thought is correct over another persons attempt to describe what trancends human thought is illogical.

Uhh, there's a little thing called evolution that does involve intercourse but not a God Father burrowing into a God Mother.

That religious philosophy you presented runs on mysticism. But really, it's illogical to believe or not to believe in a godhead. No one has come back from death to tell us either way.
