I think It would be Tu completa me because if you are saying something that personal, you must really know the person, so Tu is the right form of you and I'm guessing its a girl and completa is the right form..so yeah..Tu completa me...check to see if its right. Hope this helps. You can also say Te Quiero, that means I love you!

Yeah.. i mean even if u kno da person u still wouldnt say " tu me completas" cuz if ur tryin to say "you complete me" u should still show sum respect. So, yeah ur sayin it right.
