My son father pop up after 13 yrs with his new wife and family and think they can threaten me with taking custody of my child, in the begining the father and I at least i thought was getting along until the new wife had to be in the middle of everything at that time i guess you can say the fight is on, shes posted pics of my child without permission, I am his mother, am I right that she has no rights to post pics....

the father was told to call and visit and be apart of his sons life, but the wife wants to be in the middle of everything, she's posted pics of my son for the sec time after bein told to remove them because i did not want my son pics on the web, I wouldn't post pics of her son, but yet she does this cause she knows it can push my buttons, my famliy does not have pics posted because they know and understand my wishes....

To post pics where? That's the question. If she has a myspace for example and she is posting all pics from family, then why can't she post a pic of her husbands child? I don't see what the big deal is. Why are they saying that they want custody of your child? Are you not letting your baby father have visitation?

Your issue is not clear enough. On the other hand I do agree with you totally, your ex's wife should not intervene whatsoever between you and your ex, only when it comes down to your child's best interest. Your ex needs to tell her to back off when it comes to this.

I do not see what the big deal is about posting pixs. Hopefully she is not doing it to hurt you, maybe she just wants to share. You are right you are the mother but in today's' society there are extended families. Now, if they are threatening you about custody try to talk things out and show her you are a better person rather than fighting. Your child is at the age where he would be caught in the middle of his parents fighting over him and that would be dramatic to him. Please try to work things out for the best interest of your son.....if by chance things do not work out try FIND LAW for an attorney...good luck
