Interesting presumption.

I think that's clearly disproven by the fact that the countries with higher atheists in their population (Northern Europe) are more supportive of Palestine than countries with higher Christian percentages.

As we see from the above answers - rants,really,even if short - atheists don't care about the suffering of the Palestinians because they have no capacity for empathy and are only capable of perceiving reality in terms of self-interest. Doesn't affect them,so who cares? This is why it's such a laugh when they call themselves "humanists". One atheist who cares - but only because she's a Palestinian herself. If she weren't,she wouldn't care,or at least it's very unlikely.

I have a certain degree of human sympathy for their plight, while being aware that it has taken some pretty foul behaviour by their opponents to make Palestinians look good.
