you lived = tú viviste
he/she lived = él/ella vivió
we lived = nosotros vivimos
you lived = vosotros vivisteis (in Spain) (plural)
ustedes vivieron (in Latin America)(plural)

vivía o viví...
difference: viví ,if you refer to a distant past...20 years ago i lived in Spain - hace 20 años viví en España.
vivía - you relate it to something else that happened in the past...when world war ii started i lived in Spain (cuando empezó la segunda guerra mundial yo vivía en España)
however as "vivir" is a verb that doesnt relate to an action that takes place in a precise moment but a period this difference is a little bit less evident.
you can say "hace 20 años yo vivía en España...since you refer to a period, when you say this sentence nobody thinks that you lived there for three minutes.
