I've being seriously thinking about breast implants.

Personally I think that people should love the way they are unless they are causing you back pain. Men LOVE small breasts!!!! Not every guy is a "the bigger the breasts the better for me" guy.

If someone isn't talking to you because of the size of your chest, they are not worth talking to anyway.

BUT, it is ultimately your body and your money and your choice. I would not go larger than a C cup, or else you would have to deal with back pain and other health issues (I had a reduction due to back pain because of my J cups).

Guys perspective: They are cooler than they used to be, but I have never dated a girl with perky breast that didn't have a face to match, and if you have a pretty face you don't need breast implants. Unless, you are really flat, which is not most cases, so I completely doubt it. Think Marilyn Manson, he got breast implants, but was not attractive, not because of the body...his band mates, tried to sleep with him. He was unattractive b/c he didn't have the looks to match the perky breasts.

I suggest looking for alternatives, and when you are smoking hot without implants, getting the will make you a HollyWeird celeb.

Well thats my two cents.

Total overhauls are usually done when people really feel uncomfortable, but even then it is a states of mind.

I fully support cosmetic surgery if it is going to make someone more confident, healthy and happy.
It is your choice and you should do whatever makes you happy. I recently had a breast reduction. Yes I had it due to the back, neck and shoulder pain that it caused me but my number 1 reason was that I am 21 and I wanted "sexy" boobs that looked good in and out of clothing.

Just like a Breast Reduction, Augmentation is expensive,
I paid AU$11,000 for my reduction but it has made me happy, comfortable and has made my boobs perky, round (and still a nice size) and with great cleavage.

I would undergo breast implants only after having a child and reaching old age.. but seeing how I'm 21 and there's no good reason for me to change my youthful body, I wouldn't do it now.

I think changing yourself via surgery is not a way to improve yourself. I personally believe that as humans, we are flawed naturally, and our flaws distinguish us from others, they work with our talents. I'm not condemning you if you decide to get them, but you shud also consider the risks involved with surgery as well. You could wind up with smaller breasts than you started out with.

Breast implants are for prostitutes, sluts, whores, etc. If that's the kind of person you are, or want to be, then that's up to you, but unless you like the idea of being reduced to nothing more than a sex object you may want to reconsider.

If I were you, I would consult a number of plastic surgeons. Its major surgery and alot of $, if you do it, you want to make sure its done properly and your happy with the results.

Do whatever makes you happy, just be reasonable and don't come out looking 'plastic' or fake. As much as I'm all for it, too much is not pretty!!!!

relies upon. some human beings do it because wearing glasses is inconvenient. Others might want to do it out of conceitedness, because glasses do not tournament them. for this reason, yeah, i might want to say it develop into beauty surgical operation. that is only beauty if the only objective is to make you seem extra efficient.
