Like

"(name), will you have this dance?"

or "(name), shall we have this dance?"

or SOMETHING.

The classic in ballroom dance is:
"May I have this dance?"

Or, in close friends,
"May I?" and offer your hand.
"Would you like to?" and offer your hand.

"can I have this dance"
of course there is aways the ever popular (in movies) just holding out your hand and hope they take it.
