I was walking on the street and a work friend ignored me and so at work I said why did you ignore me and she said 'because you had those two huge guys either side of you'...but I was alone.Do you think they were my protectors?

Some people can see our guides and sometimes our guides are frightening. My husband was very very sick in the hospital and dying really and he could see my guide behind me. He screamed and screamed. Poor hubby!
My husband lived. Later I met my guide face to face in a dream and so I told my husband about it. I described my guide and my husband said that was who he saw when he was so sick.

Yes. That is the only possible explanation. I'm sure that one was Elvis, and the other was Joan of Arc dressed as a man, because that's the only possible explanation for why your friend would have said that he saw two huge guys with you.
Oh, and Elvis and Joan of Arc were sent by Satan to lead you into the occult, so you shouldn't mess with this kind of power. Only the Holy Spirit has real power, and he'll send protector guys who look like Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarztenegger.

You might also want to read _Spirit Allies_ by Chris Penczak. They could have very well been Spirit Guides, or protectors, or Ancestors, or Angels. There are many possibilities.

perhaps your friend sees entities and they could be your spirit guides.check out a book called Contacting Your Spirit Guide, By Sylvia Brown.

Don't go down the occult route with this one - if they were angels, then try talking to a sympathetic pastor/priest. This happened to a Christian friend of mine and it just reaffirmed her faith in God that he cares about her and wants to keep her safe. The bible talks a lot of angels talking to and protecting people, you're in good company! God Loves You.
