exercise clothes are supposed to be flexible so you can move freely. plus - they are supposed to absorb sweat which jeans dont do.

There's nothing inappropriate about running in your sports bra, how is that any different from any other top that someone wears running? You can definitely do this outdoors, but you will have to check with your gym as to any dress code rules they have. Also be sure you use sunscreen outdoors, since you'll have more skin showing than usual.

Because they are hot and sweaty and restrict movement. But I wear them anyway because I dont give a fu*k. But people probably think its weird. Im glad someone else does, I thought I was the only one who does that.

there ugly, no, the jean material wears down the equipment faster then the other crap they makes us wear. Cause aliens home in on jeans and they would kill us all so thanks now they know where we are.

jeans are binding. when you work out you burn and get heart rate up which causes sweat. and jeans feel smaller when wet. it is best to wear loose and less confining clothing.

Jeans aren't so good because they limit flexibility and are crap for ventilation.

i guess nothing if your still able to do your workout....jean is a heavy thick material that will cause alot of sweating and discomfort alos it is a tight fabric and does not stretch so it will constrict your ability to move and exercise properly. duh!
