I propose on the grounds that since gravity is "only a theory", it can't be taken as fact and thus shouldn't be treated like so. Instead, I have come up with an alternate explanation: intelligent falling. Never mind the countless experiments proving gravity again and again, my holy book tells me intelligent falling exists so therefore it must exist. Who's with me?

The Law of Gravity is a proven law of Physics.

Your holy book is full of holes.

You are getting mixed up. There is gravity as a noun which is a theory, and gravity as a verb, which is a measurable effect. The effect of gravity is not a lie. What ever theory you make up to describe the effect of gravity upon physical objects, it must fit observation.
Science deals with physical observation, where as theology and philosophy deal with the nature of God, whom is not measurable because he is not part of the program called the material world. If a being is not bound by the laws of the system, then the system cannot detect that being. The bible says the world is created in 6 days correct? Are we talking 6 earth days? As one can't know this, how is one supposed to interpret the bible?

Nobody lives as though they don't believe in gravity. We live what we truly believe. I suppose if someone seriously didn't believe in gravity they would walk around clutching on to everything to avoid drifting away. I also think they would have no fear of falling from high places. This is nothing but a bad argument hoping to cast doubt on those who question aspects of evolution. This shouldn't be problematic as even those who believe evolution question it. And it has been reised many times. So why is it allowed for them and not others? Do they own science?

Yeah, yea... we get the point... (your sarcasm was noted)

Trouble is, REAL advocates of Intelligent Design (the way it was intended) do not claim that evolution does not exist... only that it was kicked off by something...

Gravity would just be another aspect of that design... right along side evolution...

Please do not get so riled up by the flat-earth people who tried to use Intelligent Design to re-institute prayer in school.

I completely disagree with the premise of Intelligent Falling, since most people that fall look pretty stupid at the time it happens.

I propose a new theory called "Idiotic Falling".

If you take your argument to a church, you might just find yourself at the head of a new movement. In fact, this might just be the absolute proof of god that they are looking for. You sure showed them there evolutionists. They must be speechless right now.

I can feel Gods hand pushing me into my chair as I sit here and type a response!!!!!

Space travel is an abomination in the sight of God for it is his will that we intelligently fall to earth and remain here! Praise be the intelligent pusher who keeps us from flying off the rock he created for us out of nothing!!!
