No. People can neither raise the dead nor "heal the sick now". The bible says that when we have that which is perfect (the completed word, the bible) miracles would cease. Miracles were only ever performed for the larger goal of getting people to believe, not for the end of simply healing. That's because this life does not matter compared to heaven and even if someone is very ill now, it won't matter when you die. 95% of people will disagree with me and that's fine.
