You can get it online, but you do have to fill out a form if you're buying for the first time starting April 2007.

You must be 18, and there are restrictions to how much you can buy in a 30 day window.

The companies I buy from are located in the US and they cite the Nevada case to continue to sell (10mg was legalized, but then they banned it again (25mg was the original). However legal loopholes are keeping the product available.

last I heard, pseudoephedrine is legal, but not ephedrine, because you can make crank with it. I mean, you can use pseudoephdrine as well, but it's not the same. It's still legal in Canada, though.

No, they outlawed it because drug persons made drugs with it. Just like apparently most of the cold medicines are now like visiting someone in prison, you need I.D. and sign, etc.
