if diet pills worked dont you think there would be no obese people?
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

walking is not a good choice to burn much fat so running or jogging is good but in my opinion the treadmill is the best of all.
i don't think you'll need diet pills if you do good cardio exercise with healthy food. its good to stay away from pop for a while but its ok to have them just after your workout for an hour- i mean carbo in the form of sugar. and drink the green tea 1hr before your workout it helps to break the fat molecules in your body during the workout.

be stick to your goal and concern more on the cardio exercise make sure you do it atleast 40 minutes at the rate of more than 60-70% of your maximum heart rate.
good luck

Eating healthy and exercising is the best way to do it. Diet pills do work...temporarly...once you stop taking them...the weight comes back like crazy...even if you continue to eat healthy. They also cause major health problems, insomnia, irregular heartbeat...and so much more. If you want a realistic way of losing weight...change up your exercising routine from time to time (if you have time) so that it won't be the same boring routine every day. You are more able to stick to a healthy lifestyle that way.

Going for walks is just not a good alternative to burn so much fat so strolling or running is good however for my part the treadmill is the satisfactory of all. I don't feel you'll want food regimen drugs should you do excellent cardio undertaking with healthful meals. Its excellent to stay away from pop for a whilst however its alright to have them just after your exercise for an hour- i mean carbo in the form of sugar. And drink the golf green tea 1hr earlier than your exercise it helps to break the fat molecules for your body throughout the workout. Be stick with your goal and drawback extra on the cardio exercise ensure you do it atleast 40 minutes at the cost of more than 60-70% of your maximum coronary heart cost. Just right success

The only thing the diet pills will do is damage your liver, kidneys and heart. So in the long term you'll be screwed.

Eat less and exercise. It will take you a long time but it will be worth it.

It is controversial whether green tea could help you lose weight. But it is beneficial for you health because it has got powerful antioxidants in it and scientists claim that it could even prevent cancer and help you fight against infections. One of the most powerful and wellknown antioxidant is Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG).
