that is what it sounds like. All through the bible it talks about the last days and the last war and Armageddon the destruction of evil. But here it mentions using the store house of the hail. This corresponds to the place in Revelation 16:21 speaks of hail. that weighs 45 pounds now that would do some damage. What does this mean?

I agree with Adam that during the last days of this old wicked system God spoke of using weather and elements to shake people up into realizeing that they needed to make changes in their lives to be more christ like.
Who knows what the actual event will be like but events leading up to it may be pretty scary to.
