I swear, if anyone says, "celery, cabbage soup or those stupid wafers of flavored air" I'm going to whack them in the head! Okay, good foods for weight loss are: peanut butter, just a bit though, the oils and fats are good for you, and they aren't saturated. Lean meat: protein, calories, and iron, but NO bacon doesn't count! And neither do cheeseburgers! nice try, buddy. watermelon. It has a ton of water in it, but will still give you fruit in your diet. And if you must have bread, eat sourdough, which has tons of iron and helps your circulation. Also, people who eat lots of soup and drink hot tea tend to lose weight and keep it off. But I do mean real soup, like a beef stew or pea soup or vegetable beef. Just watch the soduim, which most canned soups have massive amounts of. That will not only give you kidney stones *not fun* but make you retain water. hot tea keeps your stummy full and warm, and most always has many other health benefits. Good luck!
