to all the true believers; dont you think it is time that god is better understood then these present religions can prove?

yes people good answers, but most of us are on diferent paths.
i like what religion does, but religion as a whole has to many problems - we take the holy bible where it says god is the only god and we think that any other religion is wrong, (and some of us even us it for racial propoganda) and that is wrong. the holy bible, the christian text, is not the only word of god, the god from that text may be the only god, but it is not the only text portraying that god. every text that talks about the one god; is talking about THE ONE GOD. FATHER ALL.

No, because the true believers know the truth and the others can get the truth if they sincerely search for it.

I tried several 'religions' b4 I met Jesus Christ as a result of some people in Ecuador who told me what the Bible says. Bingo!! I found a truth that gave me power to live a good and serene life. Listening to God and doing what the Bible tenets tell.

Are u saying you don't understand God? That's like saying your trying to understand creation and how to create a mountain... it defeats the purpose of faith, I'm not saying to leave your brain at the church door but i study the Bible and even though i don't understand things, i understand enough to know Jesus Christ is God and He is the one true and only God who created you... i am learning more each day as the holy Spirit shows me different things... knock and the door will be opened, seek and you shall find, its a mystery but its worth checking out :)

Most definitely.
I guess one should examine the roots of today's major religions. Somewhere behind all the rituals and interpretations there are probably grains of truth. Once found they need to be put together and made into a better view on truth.

I think it's time for a new god, like a new drug, a new scene. How about the magical flying cat of cheese?

Actually, that's why we shouldn't start a new religion. Religion TELLS us what to believe... isn't it time we all thought for ourselves?

the church is NOTHING like what Jesus wanted. Its obvious. The only true church is the one in your heart when fellowshipping with the Lord.
