You won't gain from one slip up if you are following a sensible diet. 35,000 calories is NOT equal to one pound, it's 3500, but there are many other factors considered. Otherwise, we would all be huge. It's okay, it's not as bad as it sounds and PB is good. Yum...just think of all the healthy fats.

I am jealous. I never eat pb because of the calories and fat! I hope you had some good milk with it! You may gain weight because you are probably eating other things today besides that, so it pushes your caloric intake way up. Watch you eating for the next week to counteract the binge.

Ouch...that sounds painful. But don't worry. Eat as you normally would for the rest of the day, and listen to your body next time you feel al craving like that coming on. If you attend to your body's needs, you'll be a lot less likely to binge like that. You won't gain weight from it, but there must be some reason why you did it, and I think that's what you should be worried about. How were you feeling when you did it?

well if you plan on eating for the rest of the day then you most likely will, but thats no healthy for the transfat that is contained (it may not say on the label but look in ingredients and if it has any partially hydrogenated oils it most definently has transfat)....and the excess protein is going to put a strain on your kidney's and livers...next time think before you eat irrationally

actually, yeah, it's possible. you might notice a slight budge in the scale....and then again, you might not.
i suggest cutting back on protien the next few meals & focussing more on fruits and veggies.
& i would definatly not skip working out today.
