Only some Indian casinos allow 18 year olds to gamble, I know at Turning Stone it is only allowed in the poker room, but at Foxwoods 18 year olds are not allowed to gamble. Most online poker sites allow 18 year olds as well, http://www.ultimatepokerbankroll.com has a discussion of this topic and which site allow 18 year olds.
