I cross paths with him on the way to one of my classes (like im going to the left and he’s coming from the left). Before we use to trip each other but then we changed it to “accidentally” bumping shoulders. Now we run into each other, both shoulders to shoulders, my head almost resting on his chest. After we pull away he slightly turns and touches my arm. I like this best because we’re so close, but what else can we do? And is there any more we can do in this position? (like, where I should put my arms or something). Thanks!

that sounds like fun. why don't you blow him a kiss and wink at him in passing. if you want something that gives you a little more contact you could always grab his hand gently, stroke his arm with your other hand, take a hold of his shoulder and kiss him on the cheek... keep it sexy but innocent.

Smile damn big, maybe a little laugh, apologize, maybe try and say something witty. It sounds like its mutual if this happens often, but you have to make this move fast because if hes only semi-interested, he may get sick of just bumping into you and move on.

take it to the next level. body language is good. but its time to get talking. next time you run in to him. say " you sure bump into me alot" and giggle and walk away smiling. then he would get all curious. the next day. say hi to him and give a little wave with out physical contact. then you would really get him guessing. after that. make him come to you. if he takes to long go to him. flirt a little girl. dont be shy. be who you are and let see what happens

OK some other things that you should do is flirt with him and then he'll think you like him but first make sure if he looks at you for a long time but if he doesn't try flirting like I said
