we cant choose which body parts to lose the weight off - it just has to be overall weight loss.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

You really need to have a healthy diet. No fatty foods and not too much food. Also, if you do have sweetened drinks, cut them out. Water is best.
Exercise every day. Walking is the cheapest way and can be fun, if you go with a few friends.
As for the lines on your stomach, try some vitamin E oil. You can get that from capsules. Cut one open and apply to the lines. Do that every day for a few weeks and watch the lines dissappear.

You should look into changing your eating habits. Try not to look at is as dieting becuase it never works. Best way to lose weight, especially stomach area... do a lot of crunches and sit ups. Look into getting an excersize ball. And research different ways to work out with one so you don't get bored. You can do flutter kicks too... If you have access to a pool, swimming is a good way to just get into shap period! AND running.
