Why would you say that it has to be some sort of scientist? Is it because science has been the explanation of how the universe works for western culture? If this is the case, I might remind you that science is not the only explanation, though it is a good one for the times of today. There may be a better explanation that surpasses science in the future, who knows? What I am trying to say is that science explains the universe but that it is just a system of thought just like any other religion. Also, there is a limitation with language (which is used in science to describe observations) in that it can only describe the universe in a linear fashion, and that is no way to describe fully a multidimensional universe.

God is not a it! we are his creation, he also made rats among other animals. We are made in his image so ,we can get jealous, angry, sad, feel pain when others are hurting. God has a heart and if you knew him you would not just say we are rats. We worship the creation more then the creator,so what do you expect. We would rather believe that God is something else, but it is us that have forgotten, because of this God said he will give them over to a messed up mind,so it does not surprise me when people rather think the way you do. We are or own lab test, God does not need to do anything we mess up each other by are evil ways, sure we do not need any help. He knows us and he knows our ways we make the choice and he gives us the freedom to do it. Life and death,it is your choice today.Choose life that you and your seed (children) may live.

God did no longer create evil. God created appropriate beings with whom he had to have a dating. as a fashion to have a real dating, their love and worship could desire to be freely chosen, no longer compelled. This unfastened will opens the door for some to come to a decision on evil, which some did. by using fact the beginning place of God's government is love, he's permitting the "unfastened decision" test to run its path, to illustrate to the universe if issues artwork greater proper below his administration or below the administration of evil. whilst all of us interior the universe knows previous a shadow of a doubt that God's way is best, he will destroy people who chosen evil, like excising a cancerous tumor to maintain a individual's existence.

It could answer a lot of questions. For example, god's seeming indifference to our various plights. What we perceive as the inherent randomness of life could just be millions and millions of experiments. Equally plausible is that earth is only one of billions of lab experiments (perhaps one that's been ignored for awhile?)
I've also considered the possibility that the universe is really just a game for the children of a race of incredibly advanced beings. The goal of the game is for the kids (god) to develop an army starting with nothing but elemental matter, and evolve it into a space faring civilization to battle the offspring of other planets, controlled by other gods. What we perceive as billions of years may only be hours for these beings. Of course, the center of the sun is god's headquarters. Sounds amusing, right?

you could say so !! However He is more than that !! Our human minds can define "God" as omnipotent and omniscient , the Lord of the Worlds for those who believe in Him and the Last Day!
God is testing us whether we remember Him , and work hard with honesty and donot hurt anybody or doing highly crazy pleasurable things which is just consuming our minds in this world !
This universe is an experiment and when it is finished , everybody has to give their accountability. It is simple and neat as that!

How about you, yourself, being actually a part of God. That we are all one consciousness experiencing ourselves subjectively.
For one, if God was omnipresent, omniscient, and omnipotent, etc... Why would he need to experiment? Don't you like just existing and having your own ego to play around with... And if not then opt out, stop playing the game. Nay, it's too much fun. :)

Very wise observation, I agree wholeheartedly.
With all the mess there is out there and all the contradictions in religion, the best we can say is that if God exists, He/She/It certainly doesn't have things figured out yet.
He/She/It seems to be "shooting from the hip" and getting only some things right.

Yes, I think God split into many parts and then gave us free will to see what we'd do with it. The question is, can we find our way back to the source?

God, in my opinion, put us here as a test to see if we are truly faithful/loyal to Him and love him. If we pass this test, then we get to be with Him in heaven.
