Attorneys for states and state judges are employed to take extreme action to protect the state from lawsuits which will win if they don't. Its quite a mess and no accident.

The issue is the children....NOT you two. Regardless of the issues you two may have, they should never involve the kids. Its fine that you two dont have to associate with one another, altho that would be pretty stupid, dont ya think? Especially since the worst thing your kid needs is to start thinking its HIS fault. A child needs to be part of both of his parents' lives - there should be equal visitations and these visitations should never be used to put the other one down to the kid. Your pesonal issues are just that...YOURS. Dont involve your kid. The most important thing is to try to get along for the childs sake and if the only time you ever need to see each other is to drop him/her off, then so be it. Just remember tho...the kids gonna have school functions, prom, graduation, many special events that hes gonna want you both to attend. Grow up and act like the adults you are for your kid's sake. You two are just being selfish and dont have your own child's best interest at heart. When you have children, your life should focus on them first and the two of you last. Im about ready to depress this abuse button, but Ill wait. You both should be ashamed of yourselves!

As far as I know, all visitations are supervised by social workers or someone designated by the court. Most kids will have a someone supervise all their visits with estranged parents. However, a child is one reason that separated couples should try to keep the peace between each other, especially if they wish to continue seeing their child. Remember, always do what is best for the child and not for yourselves. Good luck.

this is not important in case you have been married or no longer purely simply by fact she has the new child does no longer advise she has sole custody of her . you have purely as many rights as she does and the sole way she will take your rights away is that in case you sign a felony rfile giving her sole custody or the courts discover you slot and achieve this. i think of you will desire to take a seat down her down and consult from her and tell her that it is your new child to and you comprehend you have purely as many rights as she does to her and which you will desire to paintings out some variety of custody affiliation so which you would be able to help strengthen your daughter. If that doesn[t paintings touch your community new child help place of work and clarify what's gouinmg on and that they might have the skill that can assist you you get the ball rolling in line with risk for loose. sturdy success!

I UNDERSTAND THE FEELING OF NOT WANTING
ANY CONTACT WITH THE OTHER PARENT, BUT
IT IS GOING TO BE A DIFFICULT ROAD UP AHEAD.
AS LONG AS THERE IS A CHILD INVOLVED THERE
WILL ALWAYS HAVE TO BE CONTACT BETWEEN
THE PARENTS WHETHER THEY AGREE WITH IT
OR NOT. THE BOTH PARENTS NEED TO PUT
THEIR DIFFERENCES APART AND TAKE THE
BEST INTERESTS OF THE CHILD FIRST AND
FOREMOST. THE BOTH PARENTS WILL LEARN
HOW TO DEAL WITH THIS. IT MIGHT TAKE A
WHILE BUT IT WILL GET DONE.,..... I ONLY HOPE
AND PRAY FOR THE BEST FOR THE WHOLE
FAMILY. EVERY ONE NEEDS TO BE CIVIL AND
HUMANE INFRONT OF THE CHILD.......

A representative of the court or appointed by the court would usually supervise the contacts. God Bless.
