Im a bartender in Miami and i just want to get an understanding. Im 6'0 and fit with a six pack and great personality. Does bartending bring me down?

ha ha, no, Ive wondered the same thing about whether I should become a bartender because of that reason. You don't appear available when your a bartender, you have a task, people think your just doing your job. Next girl/(guy possibly I guess) you like who's in the bar, introduce yourself, shake her hand, and if your allowed, offer her a free drink, if she accepts without saying "Sure that'd be great!" as if she won a prize, not just met a new person, then your deff. good, otherwise be careful. Also, girls flirt with other guys all the time to get free drinks, you have probably witnessed this, don't let em use you for it, unless they're using you in a way you like.

I probably wouldn't want to date a bartender unless it was a part-time stint while he was studying somethingelse, or maybe if he wasjust temporarily in a situation where he needed to pick up some extramoney. ALl girls are different, though. If you have a good heart, listen to people when they are down, serve responsibly, and can make people laugh, then I'll bet that you are a pretty cool person.

Girls with either take u two ways.....
1. As a bar tender that does it for the girls adn could be a guy tha sleeps around. I think this is completely wrong, but in my expereince going out with my friends they never tend to hit on the bar tender.... its the guys at the bar buying them the drinks.
2. OR girls could be attracted to your work ethic, and to your personality.
My advice: make sure girls know taht your not some guy who is a bartender just to drink and see drunk girls. Show off your personality and you will find a great girl. My best friend is a bar tender and he met his finace during happy hour.

Bartending is sexy if your a college guy and your paying your way through school, or your trying to find your purpose in life. But theres a catch you have to be under 28!

If a woman didn't like alcohol, drinking, or bartending, then she wouldn't go to bars. I'm sure straight women at bars will find you attractive, as long as you also have a nice personality. It might bring you down with people that are against alcohol, but they wouldn't be at your bar anyway.

As long as you have something else on the back burner, you should be fine. Being a career bartender might bring you down. Just tell them you're working on your screenplay.

If she is a lush, she'll love you and wanna get free drinks. You might attract the booze-a-holics.
Bartenders might get hit on by desperate girls who can't hook up at the end of the night, so you do get leftovers.
