find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

eat a good breakfast in the morning, not fatty though, drink nonfat milk(skim) with a good hearty cereal, or brown bread and black or grean tea, then grab a fruit on the way if you r hungry, and drink fluids as you normally do, and forget about sodas, and cheesy/fatty chips and stuff for a week, and u won't crave them, u don't have 2 give up everything but eat less of it or don't eat it at all, or once in awhile, then excercise, do something of your chice, like run walk, belly dance, etc... for 30 minutes each day and u can increase the time as you go,and for lunch eat a salad, brown bread with turkey, and something light like yogurt, remember eat good fruits,veggies,and drink plenty of water, then walk for 15 minutes each day, and then at dinner eat, normally, and remember don't indulge your self, leave some space in your stomach, this helped me alot, I was able 2 lose 32lbs, in 3 weeks

watch what and how much you eat and stay busy so you keep moving around. remember you have to eat in order to lose the weight. it is better to eat 6 times a day and smaller portions as to eat three huge meals.
