Ok, first of all, RELAX! LOL. Eating all that won't make you gain weight at once.. however, if you eat like that all the time, you will. You just have to forgive yourself, pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and go back to your healthy regime. Remember, it's OK to indulge once and awhile. If you go overboard all the time, then yes, you will gain weight. Moderation is the key here. One suggestion is, since you indulged this weekend, lay off the crap for the next 2-3 weeks. If you exercise everyday like you say you do, you should be OK. Has it occurred to you that perhaps you binged out 'cause you were depriving your body from cravings? I know you say you treat yourself to something sweet, which is good! But maybe what you were really craving was a burger? It's just a thought.

Anyways, if you lost a large amount of weight by eating what you were before, then I would stick to that. Drink lots of water! A lot of people get hunger confused for being thirsty, and when they eat, they find that afterwards it was actually a drink they needed. So when you feel the urge to eat, drink water first and wait for 5 minutes. If your stomach still rumbles, then eat. Plus, rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 on how hungry you are. 1 is starving and 10 is stuffed beyond belief. You should eat when you're about a 3-4, and stop when you're about 6-7. It's helped me in the past. Good luck!

One day every week never hurt anyone. I've lost over 45lbs since last year and have had no problems keeping it off. Being healthy is a lifetime commitment. It's not about being healthy for a few months and then being a slob a few months later. Yesterday was my weekly cheat day... at night I went out for a few drinks then had a waffle and eggs and two vanilla shakes at the diner.

I recommend brown rice, lentils, beans, yams as low GI carb sources in a meal. They will fill you up. For protein I like tuna, turkey, chicken, fish, and protein shakes. I supplement with flax seed oil as my source of healthy fats.

Stay away from refined foods. They cause a "feeling of hunger". They add addictive ingredients in junk food and refined foods to get you to want to crave more.

You should go to the gym.and develop some muscle.
If u do start to gain weight, the first thing that will happen is the loss of the muscle you have produced.this way you'll know if you gaining weight.
To keep the weight off just keep going to the gym
oh and drink liquids while you eat because thay make you feel full THAT WAY YOU WONT BE HUNGRY

You obviously have an eating disorder if you are indeed so worried about gaining weight. You are obsessed and need help.

You shouldn't exercise everyday, eat only when you are hungry, eat what is good for your body, and eat what you like in moderation.

I had anorexia for years and I have went to therapy for it. I also went to a nutritionist for a little bit.

Go by portion sizes, exercise every other day or 30-40 mins a day if you are generally very active.

But really, obsessing about weight, food, and exercise is dangerous. I have seen girls die that were in group... Not cool.

Well i think u are obbsesing (srry 4 my spelling) over your weight.just eat healthy, exercise, and only eat when you are hungry. but dont starve yourself. OH!!! a good way to lose weight and help hunger is eat SLOWER seriously when you chew it sends a message to your brain and it makes you full sooner so you wont eat as much and you will be full. try not to eat fatty foods that often, but hey if you crave a chocolate bar every once in a while then have a stinkin chocolate bar every once in a while. dont torture yourself that will only make you sick. good luck!!!

ok, do not take this personally, but i think you should get help because you sound as if you are in the early stages of being annorexic or belemic(sorry for spelling). i would get help now, before it becomes worse, and so you don't get hurt. you probably are underweight as it is, and you are worried about becoming fatter?? i don't know, i could be wrong, and sorry if i am, but this is what it soudns like.
