It's going to be hilarious when the next president leaves the troops where they are, because he(or she) will. There is no doubt about that.

Once all this political BS is over, it's just going to go back to the way it was before. The Media will start showing what's really going on over there, instead of just blood, again.

Like they did at the beginning.

Lord help us if a Democrat is elected as president. Withdrawal of troops years ago ,is the whole reason we are fighting today. We need a president that is not afraid to fight. But, we need a different approach. We can't just walk away from the war or our kids will be fighting this war 10- 15 years from now. Walking away will only give them time to plan ,recoupe, and attack us AGAIN . If it wasn't for all the media and Democrats, we might actually be able to blow all their insurgents asses up. I know there are innocent people over there, but I say blow them all up and let God sort them out! Someone is going to die, that' s war. Everyone thinks 9/11 was the first time we were attacked........that is so not true. We keep getting attacked year after year, people need to do some research. We need a president that can rally our government to put an end to this war, not walk away from it. Hillary Clinton is not the way to go!

I am with you....I support our troops. May God bless them all and bring them home safely!

At this point I am guessing the next president will be a Democrat and very likely Hillary Clinton. I don't mind a Democrat, I am VERY skeptical of Hillary Clinton.

I would support withdrawal from Iraq but not Afghanistan. If we don't withdraw then the best way to support our troops is to bring back the draft so that we get some fresh legs over there.

Having the same troops go back for 3 or 4 tours and extended tours is very dangerous. When people are tired, they make mistakes and in the war business mistakes mean death. This being the case I can't understand why all the conservatives of fighting age in this country - roughly 3 MILLION of them - have not volunteered for service.

It is nothing short of cowardice to say you support the troops, promote the dogmatic idealogy of this President but then stay at home while others go off to die for what you believe and vigorously promote.

Isn't the best way to support the troops by joining them on the front lines?

Republicans always say, "support the president no matter what," unless a Democrat is in the White House.

I wish we could just get someone (male) from a third party/independent side elected, in order to begin the destruction of the so-called 'two party system', which is long overdue.
