Gave up religion. Oh wait, that was long long long ago. Okay, I re-gave up religion. Soul's never felt better.

I took the time to admire God's beautiful world and thank Him for it. My husband and I recently got to move back to the place that we've always loved but had to leave -- a wonderful old town on the Mississippi River.
I went down to my favorite place on the riverfront and sat there for a few minutes, enjoying the cool spring breeze, the barges on the river, the little kids throwing rocks at the water, and the college students holding hands as they walked together. Now that's my idea of "soul food."
God brought me back here when it seemed impossible for us to ever get out of the situation we'd been in for so long. How could I not thank Him for giving us that chance and for such a beautiful place to live?

Not only for this week but we do it every day !I and majority of my family members observe routinely in our daily life not to hurt any living creature and not purposefully but unknowingly also !How we put small cloth before our mouth while speaking so that smallest living but invisible things also taken care of and they don't get hurt because of our expiration and the warm air that we expel out ! We see that less water is being used for bath !and we believe that all living culture has equal right to live on this earth and we feel that we are healthy because we are 100% vegetarian !You will surprise to know our priest walk bare foot for life time and they don't eat or drink water after evening till morning because of the same reason to observe an much as we can that non violence is practiced !In this religion called JAINISM we do fasting also means NIL by mouth ! May be for a day to death !my own son has done one month fasting !TOTALLY nil by mouth ! except we allow to take lukewarm water in day time ONLY !He is in UK now ! Took a day off work to accompany my son's kindergarten class to a local farm, we got to milk goats and play with all of the other animals. On the bus ride back we were discussing why God made all different sorts of creatures and my son answered-Because kid's want someone to take care of too, just like you take care of me Mommy!
