Personally I have no problem with Mexicans that come to the United States by legal immigration or visa to visit.
1)I have a problem with the Mexican government turning their side of the border into a swinging door and handing out pamphlets telling migrants how to get into the United States.
2)I have a problem with illegal aliens thinking they deserve a free ride over citizens whether it is jobs , education, welfare benefits or health-care.
3)I also have a problem with hospitals being forced to close because they are going bankrupt treating illegal immigrates that will never pay a bill.
The Mexican people have a long and proud heritage - I just wish they would take control of their government and find a viable solution to helping their poorer citizens..

Down on illegals, 2/3rds of illegals are from Mexico, 90% of the other 1/3rd is from Latin American countries.
People are down on illegals because they are criminals! Are you saying that all Mexicans are criminals? I have friends that are of Mexican descent and I think they are hard working, law abiding people and I take exception to your broad and bigoted viewpoint; but, since this is still the America that I love, it's your right to show how ignorant you are.
Freaked out; you need to go back and take your history class over as you certainly don't understand what was happening in 1930's Germany. Public education is such a rip off!

Those of us that are down on Mexicans are only down on the ones that cross the border, decide not to work or learn English, march in our country, speak ill of it but want the benefits that we have to bust our humps for on a daily basis.. We are smart enough to know that we too are immigrants, yet our ancestors managed to get jobs, learn the language, become legalized citizens and love this country.. And the illegals that come here can't do that because ???

THis is America. For four centuries people have been migrating here. First the puritans to escape religous prosicution. Then the pioneers to help populate this great country. Then finally the immagrants that came here from every country on the Earth. They all came for the same reason the mexocans are coming today. TO BETTER THEMSELVES! the difference today is the mexican don't want to become Americans they are want us to become MEXICO NOERTE. We need and will always need immagration BUT legal immagration where we decide and know who's here.

Not unless they are here legally and paying taxes like the rest of us. The Mexicans want a better life and they think is better on our side of the border, fine. Now they ought to learn the language - English. And they ought to learn our customs.

I think it's a matter of those here illegally. I work hard for my money and pay my taxes. It frusterates me to know the government is using my tax money to benefit those that aren't over here legally and I've got to plan for retirement on my own b/c even though I'm paying the tax, the tax won't be available for me when I need it. I have nothing against anyone of any race. I simply think something should be enforced to benefit Americans.... AMERICANS of all races.

Yes, if they are legal, and DO LEARN ENGLISH AND USE IT AS THEIR FIRST LANGUAGE.Otherwise no. I think it's because some are on welfare or act in 'gangs' or something like that, causing a stereotype to form. I think if everyone stopped caring what others said, and just didn't pay attention to it there would be no racial profiling and stereotying ... but then again it's those who are stereotyped and racially profiled who are out there in the world acting their stereotype.

deport every illegal immigrant in the country. “If you’re here illegally, you are breaking the law — no better, no worse than the guy who robs the liquor store or the guy who waits to case your house out and robs you of your belongings,” he said. “You are a criminal.”
blame illegal immigrants for the state’s high property taxes, problems with uninsured drivers and violent crime. illegal immigrants were more likely to become terrorists. “Our country is at war right now, and it’s very important that we protect our kids, and one of the ways you can protect them is to not let undocumented immigrants into this country.
Did not ask that all immigrants be sent home, just those who are here ILLEGALLY. criminality of ILLEGAL entry and the amount of money it costs. The problem is that whenever the issue of ILLEGALS is raised the defense from those who support the lawbreakers is to lump all immigrants together. The fact is, we who demand tighter border security and and end to ILLEGAL entry are fed up with ILLEGALS. If people came here legally, welcome to America.

If you want a job in America, you should be an American, or at least trying to become one.
Why should the U.S. let in every mexican that wants to come here? They need to concentrate on changing their country, not ours.
