Ok I have had my dog for about 9 years and everytime I took him for a walk he would chase rabbits but the odd thing about it is he would let out this blood curdling cry as he chased them its so freaking insane what is his problem? he is a erusasier/malumet/chow mix he is very beautiful.

Your dog is not psyco; he is doing what comes naturally to him. If you don't want him to do dog things like chasing rabbits give him guidence by using your leash and the obedience training you gave him when he was a two and three month old puppy and was open to learning anything you wanted to teach him

Animals often make noises as they trail their prey. He's not psycho, just hunting and the wild is coming out.

it's kind of like a battle cry. like people do before they sword fight in the movies. he is just letting the rabbit know that he means business.

My dachshund does that. It's like they're hunting call. Maybe to call the rest of the pack to help?

His wild animal instincts are calling!! He's probably getting very excited, and it's his way to show it, he's definitely not psycho. no worries.
