I am assuming that you are 13. Using the WAVA age graded running tables a 5:53 works out to 75.9%. This means that you are competitive at the local and regional level. If you are just starting out this also means you have a good bit of natural talent.
Using the McMillan Running Calculator, a 5:53 mile equates to 12:33 two mile.

yeah that is actually really good for a girl especially since youre only in 7th grade. but your 2 mile time should be around 12:00 - 12:30

it all depends on your level of fitness you could drop off a lot in that last mile or you could hold it pretty well im guessing between 12:20-13:20 good luck thats a very impressive time for anyone in year 7 you would be smashing the guys! well done keep running!

yeah thats a really good time. im not sure about your 2 mile, but most 7th grade girls i know are nowhere near sub-six yet...good luck with the 2 mile!

It's amazing for your age!!! I would guess-timate that your 2 mile would be around the 13 minute mark. Way to go though!
