Don't worry this is not something serious. There's many reasons you could be having this problem. I do not advise using caffeine. That's just going to make the headache worse. It's best if you drink water and sports drinks.

Here's a treatment that I have found works even though it may sound funny.
Place an ice pack at the back of your neck for ten minutes at a time. Do this several times a day. massage toothpaste (yes, toothpaste) on your temples and lay quietly in a cool room With the ice pack on the back of your neck . This will often take away the pain.

What do the headaches feel like?? Do you get dizzy and somewhat sick to your stomach?? Do you have sensitivity to light and sound?? Or is it just annoying and painful? If you have any other the first symptoms then it is probably migranes brought on by hormones!! I used to get them around your age. I just told my mom and the doctor prescribed me some Midrin (non habit forming but help SOOOO much w/ the pain!!).

You can also try drinking water and/or gatoraide b/c sometimes headaches are caused by dehydration. Caffeine CAN work.. but its not always a good solution! Get a few baggies and put ice in them, the lie down somewhere quiet and dark and put the ice close to the base of your neck and on the top of your head. Also put a cold washcloth on your forhead and over your eyes. This should help for a while!

It could also be caused by allergies. My husband suffers from MASSIVE headaches when allergy season hits. I wouldnt worry about it being a "tumor" or anything... its more then likely just something simple!! I hope you feel better soon!!

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis,
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine.
Acupuncture is the best treatment for chronic and acupressure for acute. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Sweet foods and good sleep will help you. You should avoid sleeping late at night, alcohole, spicy and stale foods.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.

try not to eat anything sugary atleast three to five hours before you go to bed. See what happens if you do is that while you are asleep your body or the bacteria in your gut can turn it into alcohol so you when you wake up you feel like a train ran through your head kind of like a hangover...since you are fifteen i doubt you know what that feels like. But yhea don't eat anything sugary or high in carbs before you go to bed.
