paintball help?

I just got a paintball gun, and i can't fix in the co2 tank into it. Whenever i try screwing it in, all the co2 comes out. even if i screw it in all the way, when i pull the trigger, nothing happens. then when i try taking it out, a bunch of air comes out in all directions. any tips? what am i doing wrong?

the o-ring might be bad

yeah go to your local paintball store and have them look at it also try tighting it plus tell us what gun it is!!!
