It depends on the non-stick finish and the type of handles. Each manufacturer will specify. Most pans can handle up to 400 degrees.

Normally stainless steel or cast iron. Just make sure it states that it's oven safe. I bought two stainless steel saute pans from Sam's club that have removable covers on the handles for use in the oven. A little tip when you remove it from the oven, leave your pot holder or dish towel over the handle to save you from a nasty burn. Sometimes you can forget that the frying pan was in the oven and just grab it out of reflex.

I sell Pampered Chef and you can put the cookware in the oven. In fact, you can bake a cake in the skillet! They are oven proof up to 500 degrees. I recommend their cookware to anyone!

any pan that has metallic handles - cast iron (all metal), calphalon (all metal with a metal riveted handle), Le Creuset (enameled metal).

Most of the plastic handled frying pans have a temperature limit and degrade with prolonged exposure to heat.
