Know that when your at your lowest you will normally learn the most, write down how your feeling and thinking and take each moment as it comes, relax, chill out, do fun things you enjoy, but dont forget to learn the lessons from it. Do everything slowly and take your time, but know that being at your lowest means that your highest is on its way, but it will take time and will only come if you learn from what got you to your lowest. Talk to the people that comfort you but remember they have their own life too and thank them. If its something you've done remember its never to late to change.
Take every minuite as a minuite dont worry about the future, stuff you do now will effect what happens in your future, slow down and learn. Eat fruit and veggys, get lots of sleep, get the day to day life done and relax into the situation, learn that there is still good in the world when you are at your lowest. Be true to yourself and dont lie to yourself, some things will only come clear in time.

knowing that there are not bad days, just simply bad moments.
And just FYI: God, or your perception of , happens to be part of having hope!
Hope is the light at the end of the tunnel, faith is what keeps it lit.
If you consider God, and or Spirituality some type of "fantasy rubbish", then why is it you are posting this question under the category of R&S?

I derive hope from the fact that I've never had a problem that I didn't eventually get over. So whatever problem I might be having at the moment, it won't be permanent. True, it may seem like hell temporarily, but in ten years, truthfully, I probably won't even remember it, or if I do, it'll seem trivial. I find hope in my own self-reliance and ability to roll with the changes.

Before God really entered my life, I could always take comfort in the fact that no matter how bad things get, SOMEONE out there is alwasy worse off than you are. That's the most common 'miracle' experienced at Lourdes. Even if you don't get healed, you get to see a LOT of other people worse off than you.

I am sorry that you feel you can leave God out of your problems. He is no fantasy to me He is the real thing. So when I am down, my pick me up is singing praise songs. This really works for me.

The most tangible thing I own is what gives me comfort when I am at an ebb.I give you no rubbish. One mans rubbish is another mans treasure/
My most treasured resource is my Faith. Try it, you may find that things don't bring comfort but Faith can

Hope is in realising there is no where else to go but up.

Hope is in seeing that there are others far worse than me in continents far away.

Hope arises when at my Darkest moment, a friendly person appears and shows an erg of kindness and becomes my light for that moment to keep me going.

Hope can only arise, if we resolute to be strong for no one can else can make you strong, but they can only inspire and encourage, and guide us along until we are able to stand on our own.

Sorry, I can't leave God out of it--He is the one who gives me hope. Non-believers don't understand that when one becomes a Christian, God becomes central in our lives--He is a part of us. We can't separate any aspect of our lives from Him. He's very real and we trust Him even during those times we don't understand. He has never failed me yet.

Dave Barry and Weird Al. When I feel myself slipping into a light depression (REAL depression, I have bipolar disorder), reading/listening to them can actually slow my descent! That's impressive. They are elevated to the level of medicine!
