who was the person to discover the cure of the bubonic plague

Yersin and Kitisato discovered the bacteria now called Yersinia pestis. Certain antibiotics if given early may cure the plague, but I don't think there is a certain person to whom this discovery is attributed.

Generally, plague is considered preventable but not always curable. Plague prevention is an issue of Public Health, involving rodent control and improved hygeine. Deprive rats of food and there will be fewer rats, hence fewer rat fleas, hence fewer cases of plague.

There is no cure. People just died of it. The reason it went away is because people started living cleaner lives. They bathed more often and cities installed sewage centers.
