I totally disagree with this guys attitude but unfortunately there are millions that feel the same way. Many people have walked down the church isle, told some preacher they want to go to heave, they said they were sorry for their sins, prayed some prayer and the preacher said they were saved, but...THAT PERSON HAD NO IDEA WHAT JUST HAPPENED. Jesus said it best to Nicodemus in John Chatper 3. In verse 3 he said you must be born again. The "Born Again" concept is like the New Years Resolution in a way but the biggest difference is that you change for good and for ever. You have to realize that living a sinfull life is not what Jesus Christ wants for you. You also have to understand that claiming to be religous, going to Church, or even remembering when a preacher told you that you were "saved" doesn't coutn for much either. You have to make a 100% dedicated change to not follow the worldly, sinful life and follow Jesus Christ. You will never be 100% good but you must strive to be. The most important to remember is to BE GOOD TO OTHERS.

Being heterosexual is a organic want, the different one is a "determination" ... and fully messes up your techniques! Duh, as in - we don't purely awaken sooner or later and opt to love the different intercourse, this is a organic want, placed there via God, from the commencing up of the international. The perversion of that organic want is a so called, "Sexual determination" or a call. i'm no longer asserting that it does not replace the organic want, it does... besides the indisputable fact that it does not excuse it, and don't tell me this is not any longer a call. i do no longer understand what all Christians have faith, yet in actuality, homosexuals do no longer desire to admit it, simply by fact then they might would desire to be responsible for as quickly as! and that sucks, does not it? in any different case there does not be any homosexuals that revert lower back to the heterosexual 'determination' now would there? And, oh! do no longer forget, some have been extremely massive time activists of the Homo circulate!!! this is in comparison to you're lacking a gene that makes you into this handicapped individual called gay!!! no one IS BORN gay! it somewhat is a brainwashing slogan to offer human beings an excuse to be gay and 'excuse' their habit... undesirable difficulty, they might't help it, they have been born that way! Puleezz!... Then we would desire to continually additionally excuse the pedophiles for they are born that way!! NO? they might't help it if babies tickles their fancy! God! I heard sufficient!!! inspect the physique shape of the techniques, in case you doubt it. i'd say this is nurture over nature. This difficulty is so blown out of share ever simply by fact the "politically correctness" got here to be! undesirable youngsters have been in no way breastfed, so as that they think of they have been born gay! regardless of!!! nicely, yeah, you ignored some thing. First of all, true Christians aren't "good". We make the same mistakes as everyone else. We're simply forgiven. That being said, once someone accepts Christ, they should want to turn their life around and become like Him (aka Christian means like Christ). That's what makes a true Christian.

There isn't a basis to call any Christian 'good' by God's standards. Since God's view is what a Christian bases his or her opinion on, or ought to, that's the one who's opinion counts the most.
Now we can decide to judge a person good, but it is by human standards. Not that it makes the judgement invalid ( oops, I did it again! lol ) , it just isn't how god sees things. We are all evil. Christians that trust God are simply saved evil people. That's totally Biblical.

I don't agree with that~when a person is truly born again they become a new creature, God cleanses and changes the spirit man and he no longer desires things of the world;
if they backslide, they are worse than they were to begin with and should definitely repent

Christians who are keeping an eye on this person usually determine that on earth, however, God really knows whether a person is really good or not.

To me no man is good but Jesus. Romans 3:23 backs this up, no one is "good" or deserves heaven.

There is a simple answer to the question and if anyone knows the bible it's easy!
No one is good.
"All sin and fall short of the glory of God"
If your friend is WILLINGLY sinning God will spit him out. James said in the bible, "Faith without works is dead" So if his actions do not show a working faith his faith is worthless. "Show me your good works and I'll show you my great faith".
It's kind of like this, Works can NOT get you in heaven. No one's works could ever be good enough BUT Lack of good works can keep you out! NO good works=no faith!

I'm a Catholic:
1) Nobody is "good" is the sense that we are all sinners
2) However, everybody is "good" in the sense that we were created by God, and all of God's creation is good.
