There isn't an age restriction... If there is this is new to even me. I could easily walk in and get them, I got them at like age 13, she's just being a *****... If its such a strict law, they'd have you show your I.D. even if you were 8 feet tall.

If getting birth control is a problem, just get a female one which is more costly or order aligator piss and have her drink it. Free and works 100% LOL.

There is no law that states you have to be 18 to buy condoms. I would suggest that you call your local Planned Parenthood to report the drug store that you were trying to purchase condoms at. They will be able to contact the manager of the drug store and hold them accountable for their actions to ensure this doesn't happen to another teen. If you're not comfortable calling, you can visit http://www.saveroe.com/node/6198. The website is set up for women who were refused Emergency Contraception but you can use it for your circumstance as well.

If there was a age law for buying condoms, then how many school systems and administrators would get in trouble for providing condoms to students...

Just go to the condom dispenser in the restroom of your favorite gas station and get them there. If you're into preference though, may I suggest the Orange Flavor Lifestyle condoms? They're great!

Honestly I'd go back to the same lady and go, "ok, when its your daughter/granddaughter that gets pregnant because you wont let me buy condoms and i along with millions of other 16-17 year olds are having sex, I'll see you again in the doctors office"

Wow you are getting ID'd to have protective sex? That is way too much. I can understand with Cigarettes and Alcohol, but why Condoms? At least you want to protect yourself from getting a girl pregnant. That should be no question about it...there are too many young girls these days getting pregnant...earlier and earlier...I am glad you want to protect yourself...that is taking responsibility, for your actions. COOL.

Sounds RIDICULOUS!! You should have said, even if I am not 18 should I go and get some girl pregnant or have unsafe sex!!! Is that what you are instructing me to do?? I think you should go back and complain to the manager, she cannot do that!

She can't stop people from having sex, but she is preventing you and probably others from having safe sex and that is wrong. Get her fired!

You probably look 18 and no one has ever thought differently before.

This lady is probably trying to keep her job, maybe she thought it was a test (a mystery shopper thing). She should have sold them to you. After all, only responsible people would buy condoms.

Don't let her rattle you.
