you know if someone is lying if they wont look you in the eye or when question them they answer you with a smile on there face or if they jjust seem flaky and they seem like they cant be trusted

People can't lie. If they lie, they become the lies by being found to be lying. when someone is lying they make mistakes. And if you ask the same question some days later they make mistakes. That's it sweet heart!

Just look in to the eyes u can know weather he is lying or not

1. look straight into their eyes and see if they are doing the same. if not, they might be lying.
2. ask them questions and logical reasons and see their answers
3. if u know the person before, see if his behavior differs while u do the above 2 steps
4. if he is good and truthful generally. ask him to tell the truth by makign him comfortable
5. ask him to take an oath on somebody that he loves
6. tell him/her why u cant beleive them and see what they answer

A few ways to tell:
often, someone will look to teh left before they tell a lie (though not always accurate)
or if making a false positive statement, they may be shaking their head "no" as they say it.
Or, avoiding eye contact in general is a good way to tell, fuzzy details etc.
A person who is lying may get angry or nervous if you ask questions, etc etc...

if u want to find out then after few days on the pretext of some other discussion ask the same question , if u get a different answer then oviously he was lying

As we become more and more truthful (inside & outside same), we come to know if the other person is lying and even 'going to lie' !

it depends on the person they may not be able to look you in the eye they may sweat excessively or act nervous. The person could just be avoiding you after telling you a lie it depends on the person though. It could be a combonation of them.

it is very very difficult question. the life is based on the mutual trust. unleless and until on does not harm you,we shall take it that he is not lying.

if they can't look you in the eyes when talking to you...they are lying.
