In Thailand? Yes.
As most answerers have said - there are enough english spoken there. In Bangkok, you shouldn't have any problem being understood. It is geared for tourism.
NOT everyone will speak fluent english but, you won't have any problem getting around and go about your business from day to day. Most signs have english version.
But even if they don't speak that well, generally Thais are very helpful and will do the best they can to understand you and help you. There are foreign tourists who backpack everywhere into the country and seem to get around and survive ok without a word of Thai.
A tip : Learn some everyday Thai words. It will certainly benefit you. And when foreigners takes the effort to learn the language, this impresses Thai people and they tend to be even more helpful.

I suspect that you are asking if English is spoken in Thailand? Yes, there is enough English spoken in Thailand for you to be able to travel there and speak English. However, speak slowly and clearly.

Yes, you can speak English in Thailand. Why not? But it's not to speak English to all of Thai people but most people can speak English.

In Thailand, in the major cities and tourist spots, English can be understood and sometimes spoken too. It will be good if you can learn up some basic Thai language to help you get transport, get a meal or find direction. This way, you can make yourself more easily understood.

Yes and no. Most Thais are not very good in their command of English usage. You may find lots of them being able to speak while you are at tourist spots like Bangkok Chiang Mai, Pattaya, Samui and Phuket. At other places, you're just being left by chances on who you meet.

Unless you lose your ability to speak when you land here, then yes, you can speak English here. Now, will everyone understand you? Somewhat. All the tourist type places and major shopping areas, yes.
