The scripture in Mat. 4:4 is in reference to mankind's need for spiritual food. It is necessary for man to have physical food and nourish the body. Man also has a spirit that must take in spiritual food, the food is the word of mankind's Maker, the Most High God! We are to take it in and feed our spirits with it. Let it nourish our souls! Write it on our hearts, and keep it with us to guide and direct our lives!
Since the Bible is the word of God, it is important for us to get the word right from the Source of the word......God!
We must individually study His word, the Bible.
It says in 2 Timothy 3:16-17 , "All scripture is God breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work."
We are not to take the word of every religious doctrine that comes out, but to keep examining the scripture to see if that doctrine is sound and based on scripture!
It is important for us to examine it and study it and not take the word of anyone else. May the Lord bless you!

This verse isn't saying that you should know every Word of God. That is impossible. Instead it is saying that man cannot live forever by just fulfilling worldly needs. .man needs God to live forever. Bread won't fill your soul. .it only ends your hunger.

So to answer your question. .there is NO assurance that anyone knows every Word of God because we can't. There is so much to learn and so much more to know. Which is exactly why we have to keep studying the Word so that we can keep growing with God.

It has also been said by the apostle we know therfore we speak for if we teach that which we do not know we would be found as liars. The moral of this sentence is that we should teach what we know not on topics we do not know, only that which has been given to you to know that teach.

Hmmm, well, since God doesn't actually talk to anyone I'd say we have no assurance at all.
