Castor oil cleansing followed by a few large volume enemas. I use a Fleet bag enema set that holds 1500ml. I add two teaspoons of non iodized salt to each 1500ml. I do the Castor oil cleansing once a month and it has made me far healthier. Adding yogurt to your diet is good also to put a good flora in your bowel. See sources. Good Luck and Good Health.

Yes. We were going to buy the "STUFF" but for two of us it was going to be expensive. So the following is what we do.

Prune Juice, 8 ounces a day. This softens your bowel contents and helps purge them really well. Eliminates any constipation.

Natural Aloe juice, 4-6 ounces daily. It is very good for your digestive system. I also stopped wheat and the acid reflux went away.

Unsweetened cranberry concentrate (from the health food store). Mix 8 ounces with 1 gallon of water. Drink 6 ounces before each meal and between meal. This flushes out your kidneys and the bloat and toxins from your body. It works Very well.

Plus we take the following vitamins Acidophiles, Multivitamin, C,D,E, Iron, Magnesium, Ginko biloba, Co Q 10,. I think that is it. We have been taking these for 6 months and it has made a major difference in our health.

It does sound like a wonderful cleansing, and if it does wash good bacteria out as well, couldn't you just eat loads of yogurt with live cultures after the cleansing is accomplished?

Well Mary, Mae West swore by it and said it kept her looking young and fit. Many people into natural health also swear to it.
But I wouldn't over do it.
Once in awhile it doesn't hurt to take an enema to clean your self out, just don't let it become an obsession. You can use home enema equipment bought at a drug store, either in the manner of a douse bag using plain water or Fleet premixed. If you use a douse bag or hot water bottle type, don't use vinegar or salt etc. just plain warm water.

I use a full body nutritional cleanse that works on the inside and shows up on the out side. It works on a cellular level and I have never felt better.
