3 times in 4 hours is rather a lot. She's throwing up bile (the yellow stuff) which is not good.
Certainly take her to the vet tomorrow if this continues. Take her to an emergency vet if she starts having diarrhoea as well, or if any blood appears from ANYWHERE. Until then, either don't feed her at all and just offer her water, or give her a small amount of cooked chicken and rice if you have any.
There are so many causes for a dog being sick, I can't even begin to list them. Do take her to the vet tomorrow if she isn't quite better, vomiting is not something to leave for long at all.

Dog's like any other can suffer from altitued sickness, a sudden change might just bring on a bout of sickness, but just pop her to the vet for a quick check over just to make sure it's nothing more serious.

dogs have easily triggered gag reflexes so she could have either eaten something that triggered it but since no solid food is coming up its possible she drank too much water. i would keep an eye on it for the rest of the day and if it continues tomorrow bring her to the vet. some dogs also have really sensitive digestive tracks so if there is too much bile or their stomachs are too acidic they will throw it up to balance it

Has she eaten anything since (or before) she started throwing up? My dog sometimes gets that way when she hasn't eaten on her regular schedule. Also, could it be that she is upset over the move and being kenneled, then moving again?? Do you bring her into the apartment via the elevator?? If so, it could be motion sickness?

Is she panting alot? Are her eyes red(the whites not the pupils) ? If she is doing anything like this she probably has a fever. I would call the vet right away. Any number of things could cause her to be vomiting.

Dogs usually (not always) throw up because of poisoning! Get her to a vet, to make sure.
Other causes:
She might not be used to the altitude (thinner air). If you just drove there, dogs can get carsick, and that may be why.

yellow stuff is bile,,, many dogs do this when their stomach is empty.. you can try giving her some plain white rice for today and see if that helps... see what tomorrow brings as long as she isn't in distress
