sit down and think of what all the sugar really does to you. a little here and a little there adds up to a lot. start by realizing how much sugar you really take in. then when you start to crave it, it may seem like a bigger deal. also, keep your goal in mind, whether it be to lose 2 pounds or to tone up your stomach...that way, every time you want sugar, you can think of what you really need to achieve your goal. if you can stay away from it for 21 days, you will start a new habit of not wanting sugar...yup, it takes 21 days to make a habit.

I don't have enough information but I am going to guess that in an attempt to do better, you drink only "diet" drinks. It has been a proven fact that the artificial sweeteners used in "diet" products in this country cause women (particularly) to crave sugar. So "diet" drinks actually cause more weigh than they prevent. Drink water and walk everywhere you can - to school, to work - to the store - etc.

do not keep them in the house--if you push yourself to go to the store--look at fruits or some nuts
Eat sweet or tangy fruits that taste nice and have fiber. Strawberries, cherries, pineapple, etc
have only a little bit of whatever you are craving and share the rest.
