No.
people who believe in him 'just because' doesn't work. They don't have a deeply rooted faith in God. It's not all about blind faith. Blind faith is just faith in what cannot be understood. Christians should keep asking questions, but not stop believing because the questions can't be answered.

Do you mean "does God punish those who don't arbitrarily choose to believe in Him?" If you do, then no. You need reason to believe. Believe because you know that God IS. Because you know that Jesus is the son of God, because you believe in the Holy Spirit (and everything else in the Apostle's creed)

The reward and punishment is never given because of belief. It is properly given to those who have lived righteously in their ways and those who have gained from wicked ways. "The righteousness is credited to the righteous and wickedness of the wicked shall be charged against him." Ezekiel 18:3-26
And from this writings, you will also find that Jesus' death to save mankind from their sins are not really true neither necessary.

No, even some of those whom are believers will be punished too. And for atheists, God says that they do know there is a God, that no-one has an excuse, plus Gods laws are written on everybodies heart. They are denying it, prehaps through fear of how much it may cost them.- and believing doesn't save you alone, even satan and his demons believe in God!
Its by responding to Gods call to change ones ways and care for others, specially those in need! And by having Gods spirit dwell within us!- but ultimately its Gods finale decision whom he choses to save. Those whom are his enemies now are just cautioned to make peace with him while there is time!!

Arbitrary means that it depends on an individual's discretion and not by a law or other coercion. So if I am serving the Lord freely with my own volition to the end, the Lord will reward that service.

"Then Peter answered and said to Him, 'See, we have left all and followed You. Therefore what shall we have?'

"So Jesus said to them, 'Assuredly I say to you, that in the regeneration, when the Son of Man sits on the throne of His glory, you who have followed Me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel' " (Matt. 19:27-28).

why would you arbitrarily believe in something that is almost nonbelievable? Oh I get it, like aliens, you don't think about it, but if someone asks you, 'hey, do you believe in aliens,' you'd say 'sure why not.' So if it's like that, then I'd say god is sending you to mecca for spring cleaning.

Not yet. He is long-suffering and impartial, wanting all sorts of people to turn to Him and repent in Jesus' name so that He CAN reward them.
