Will the people who are in Hell now get a brief break or interruption from their suffering on Judgement Day while they are being judged by God and before they are cast into the Lake of Fire?

According to my understanding of the bible (althoug there are of course, some people who don't agree with me) once you are dead, you are dead. You are resurrected and then judged. (Which is why all those who never understood the message of Christ are NOT condemned to the fire). Those who refuse to accept the Lordship of Jesus Christ, are condemned to hellfire. The punishment is eternal, with no hope of reprieve or resurrection. You do not burn for ever - that would be horrible..

I think they'll get a break for lunch then back to the eternal damnation.

If you believe in all of that, of course.

All those in Hades(hell) are dead and know nothing.

All are asleep in death and resting from their suffering until they are resurrected.

In the new system to come, no one will suffer.
