If you are talking about a textureizing kit the best that I can think of is an s-curl kit at family dollar or just about any other store in the health care section. Be sure to not leave the cream in your hair for too long. If you do it will just make your hair to straight and possibly mess up your hair. The texturizeing kits only give you waves for about a week. My suggestion is that you spend the time to get natural permanent waves. A wave is a weighed down curl so the only way to develope real waves is by brushing ALOT. Start at the crown and work your way outwards towards the hairline. It will take a couple of weeks before you see any results and a few months before your spinnin. Here are some pomades that I reccomend:
shorter hair: "Sportin Waves" (in a black can usually be found just about anywhere but family dollar is guaranteed to have it)

medium length hair:"Sportin Waves"(in a gold can also found just about anywhere)

longer hair: "Dax"(in a red can found in a lot of places but walmart is guaranteed to carry it)

The only thing that pomades do is weigh your hair down to make your waves more visible and neat looking. You should also moisturize your hair alot.
