How long does it take for weed to get out of your system?

I'm asking because I recently got hired for a new job (which I really need because I already quit my current job) But the thing is you have to pass a drug test before you can start working there. I am by no means a pothead but a few nights ago I smoked and then found out yesterday that you need to pass a test. Well I was just wondering how many days it would take for it to get out of my system. Other than that I havent smoked for 2 months, and I have a pretty fast metabolism. I asked a few people and they said about a week tops, I asked my bf last night and he said at least a month...I think he is being paranoid though. My test is in about 2 weeks

Depends how much u smoked, If you dont smoke a lot it can be out in 2 days. It really depends, if you are that paranoid go to the drug store and get a test to test yourself. Or if you go to GNC they have those cleansing drinks you can buy. They do work, as long as your not a major druggie. Better to be safe than sorry.

exercising and eating healthy is just about the only thing you can do...... drinking water is good but u have to do it before the drug test because all that water does is screw up the test. Vinager and cramberry juice does nothing too because they are not fat sulable and THC is stored in fat

eat alot of red meat for as many days as possible before the test, 3 days being the desirable minimum. Also, at least the day before and day of, take vitamin B-2 and B-12, often found in "B complex"

30 days or 1 month. THC the chemical in weed that gets you high stays in you fat cells for 30 days you can cut the time down by drinking alot of water and taking nicine or knives is the stoner name for them I would take them in the next few days for a few days and then stop and still keep drinking as much water as possible. thats for the pee test that wont help you for a hair test but there is a way to do that to go get a color kit of your hair color or as close to it as you can get the closer the better. then bleach your hair a few days before the test and dye back the same color. Drinking alot of water still helps. So grab a gallon of water and bottoms up every day. At least a gallon a day. btw you can get nicine at most pipe shops bongs and such.

THC, the active ingredient in marijuana, would normally be "out of your system" in three to five days. This would, assuming you weren't a long time user who'd built up a huge THC reserve, allow you to pass a fairly basic urine screen.

HOWEVER, labs that do pre-employment drug screening these days are wary of lawsuits, and have become more detailed in their testing. That said, if they ask you to provide a hair sample, I'd go ahead and withdraw my application.

By the way, you would not pass a drug screen at my company, and we would rescind any offer we'd made.

It'll be a month.
Weed is a cumulative drug, the more you smoke, the higher the concentration will be. If you only smoked that one time, there might be too low of a concentration to detect in urine.
