Instead of eating some ice cream, eat some fruit. Instead of eating some bread, eat some veggies. Drink skim milk instead of whole milk. Don't deprive yourself but don't over eat.
Go be a kid and don't worry about it. You'll grow into your weight, but it's important to eat healthy. Maybe if you sit at home too much playing video games, you should make friends with your neighbors and bike ride, go to the pool. All of that kind of stuff. When you get older you're going to be stuck inside all day with school or work.

you are still growing.
you arent fat if youre are a bit chubby, you are likely to have a growth spurt, and being too thin or underweight can seriously hurt yourself while growing. and you may just put the weight back on.
if you are determined on having losing weight, just watch your diet. make sure you keep exercising.
but dont crash diet.
and if you are a bit chubby, its not necessarily your fault.
you may be doing EVERYTHING right, but what your body wants to do is up to it.
everyones got a certain body weight that they shouldnt try to go too far over, or under because it will pull itself right back to its balanced weight.

it may be hard to relize that eventually you
